I am doing multiple installs of Open Text Imageviewer.

The install completes correctly but when documents are opened in SAP (at which point the image should open) Opentext tries to do some configuration and fails to find an installation folder. If I install the same package locally on the PC it works fine. The install folder it is looking for is the %windir%\pdqdeploy\services folder.

What yould happen if I copied the files across using PDQ (Pro) to \temp folder and then ran the msi ? Would that maybe work better.

Excuse my ignorance, I'm only new to PDQ and love it, just have this hiccup with one product.

You may have to use the following parameter

INSTALLDIR="C:\somewhere"
