Oracle Clients

As a widly used and free to get app, can Oracle Client installs get packaged by your good selves and included in the library or has someone in the community done the work and are prepared to share?
We have tried but get stumped by 'Orible using some Java to run the install and then throwing up an accept licence dialogue, requiring local admin acceptance so couldn't get any further without some sort of local interaction and creds entered on screen.
Have tried with other products that record keyclicks but was also a non go'er.
Don't ask, don't get!
