Shadowing a users session with PDQ Inventory

Hi I currently use dameware to assist users in the workplace and am looking at replacing it with PDQInventory. The biggest difference I can see is with dameware when I remote a users PC I can see their desktop and interact with them to see what they are having issues with and also use it to teach them how to "do stuff".

Does PDQInventory have this ability? so far I have only been able to get an RDC session.

Tools --> Remote Assist.

Thanks Colby,

I did try that and got an error. Just looked into it a bit further and it looks like its easily sorted with a group policy.
