Repair Install App

 Need to run a repair of an application already installed on several computers.  I found the syntax, "msiexec /f {GUID}".  This works well when I ran it manually, but the GUID for the installed app is different on each computer.  

Is there a way to have a package to run the repair and deploy to multiple computers?
