All computers missing when converting report to collection.

I am experiencing a problem trying to create a collection of computers that have nonstandard administrator accounts in PDW Inventory 10.1.0.4 Enterprise. I wasn't able to get the results I wanted when making a dynamic collection, so I tried building it as a report instead. I was able to get the list of computers in my report just fine, so I figured that I would copy the rules into a dynamic collection.

I tried copying the rules manually, and also by using the "New Collection from Report" feature, but every way I tried it, I ended up with an empty collection instead of the multiple computers that are in my report.

I saw some similar questions on the forum, but none where zero results were returned. I have attached the report definition screenshot to show what I am trying to do. I can provide a sample report XML export if needed.

Any ideas? Thanks.

FYI, the report lists all computers and accounts that are in the built--in Administrators group (SID S-1-5-32-544) and are not MYDOMAIN\Domain Admins, built-in Administrator, nor local account "BOB".

I think this is how you need to structure it. I would attach the XML file, but it looks like I can't do that.

Thanks for your suggestion, which I find easier to read than the one I did. I tried it suggestion on a report and it worked, returning the same results as the one I had come up with. When I tried it in a dynamic collection, I still got 0 results. This is rather odd.
