Biscom Faxcom Client

Does anyone have any experience installing the Biscom Faxcom client? they have a tool that creates a fully configured setup exe. One of the options is "silent install" even with that selected it will not complete in PDQ Deploy. I have tried all the different silent parameters that I can think of but I haven't made any progress.
