I am trying to deploy a program through PDQ. Every time it 'fails' with a message 'Runner service died unexpectedly'.

This is an A/V program that had been working perfectly. No changes that I know of. Installed it hundreds of times successfully, now all fails. It does appear to be installed even though it reports as "failed".
