Clean up Files and Directories

Is there a way to clean up Files and Directories?  A coworker must have created a Scan Profile that included a ton of files and ran it on all computers.  So now the Files and Directories tab is full of unimportant information.  Is there a way to go through all computers and clean this up?

    If you delete the Scanner, the records will be deleted as well.
