Exclusion Options on Deploy Schedules

We have deploy set for several recurring schedules and frequently create others to push new or updated software but almost half of our users are not in an office regularly and work remote over VPN. Can you please add an exclusion tab on deployment schedules that we can use (primarily thinking about larger custom pushes) that would let us create an "except if" condition. For example with VPN users, I would like to have a schedule that would have an option to push install of an Office upgrade targeting an Inventory group except if the PC it wants to push to is in a certain IP range (i.e. on VPN).

Thanks!

  • Hi Derek,

I did something similar a while back but did it within our collections, below is a basic example which only shows machines within the 40/100 IP range.
After the above collection, we went back to PDQDeploy under Package Conditions, here you can select the "Is Not A Member" option this makes sure that the target computer is not a member of the selected collection before running the package/step.

    Hope it helps
