Add Xvid codec to package library

Could you add Xvid(https://www.xvid.com) to the PDQ package library so it will auto update?

This is my current package setup:

$(Repository)\XVID\Xvid-1.3.5-20171208.exe

--mode unattended --unattendedmodeui none --AutoUpdater no --decode_divx DIVX --decode_3ivx 3IVX --decode_other MPEG4
