Custom Deploy office 2010 service pack 2 fails.

Custom Deploy office 2010 service pack 2 fails. But the same exe file from the package library works and installs in under five minutes. I have the trial version. I use the same silent parameters as the trial version. But mine goes for 60 minutes and errors out with Exceeded timeout for completion. Are you missing silent install parameters?
