Dell EMC OpenManage Server 9.1

Has anyone been able to get dell open manage server unattended installation or upgrade to work with PDQ? It seems to just hang every time I try. I'm using the setup that is on my dell servers download page called:

Dell EMC OpenManage Server Administrator Managed Node for Windows, v9.1.0

OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-WINX64-9.1.0-2757_A00.exe

I extracted the exe on the pdq server.

My install file location is set to \\mypdqserver\C$\PDQ Software\OpenManage Server Administrator 9.1\windows\SystemsManagementx64\SysMgmtx64.msi

I've tried the upgrade and the installation it just hangs on the server.

Upgrade from Dell guide states:

For unattended upgrade,  msiexec.exe /i SysMgmt.msi /qn

For the installation, running msiexec.exe /i SysMgmt.msi /qn

I've also tried

msiexec.exe /i "SysMgmtx64.msi" ALLUSERS=1 /qn /norestart /log output.log /passive /norestart

msiexec.exe /i SysMgmt64.msi ADDLOCAL= SA,IWS,OMSS /qn

I've tried setting the conditions tab to 64bit only and also 32/64bit

DELL command line options.

I figured it out by downloading the iso.  Extracting it to a open shared folder and then running the command from powershell:

    msiexec.exe /i \\myServer\INSTALLS\om_dvd_win910_2757_A00\SYSMGMT\srvadmin\windows\SystemsManagementx64\SysMgmtx64.msi /qn

The pdq deploy finished in about 1 minute.  I logged on to my test server I was deploying to and sorted the task manager by command-line location and could see the installer running.  It took about 3-4 minutes and the last of the msi's cleared on the task manager.  After that I logged in to the open manage and could see the version of 9.1.
