Samsung Magician Installer cannot run in silent mode

Samsung_magician.exe writes in the log file it cannot run in silent mode.  We knew that already, but just to give it a try I have attempted to do this: 

"Samsung_Magician_Setup.exe" /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /SP- /log samsunglog.log

For some reason I expected it would fail.

I’m wishful, but I ask anyway … Anyone found a trick to auto-answer this installer?

    By the way, I believe the installer is Inno setup.
