VLAN change machine in AD now not correct

Hello,

I have made some networking changes as part of a larger project to move Workstations to a separate VLAN.

The test PC has been synced via AD, when I have added the test machines in with Network discovery by searching the correct subnet, it adds the machines but says that there are duplicate hostnames.

I have then deleted the host in question, re-added via network discovery, this adds the machine with the correct host name however when I look into that machine and bring up the computer window, it still lists it has the old IP

EDIT - was querying DNS where there was a static record for that host
