Impossible to deploy on one computer

Hi, here is my problem:

I'm unable to deploy anything on one of our computers.

I get this error:

An extended error has occurred

This is what I did from the Online Help:

The target computer is still booting and the network interface isn't fully loaded.

=> Well the PC is up and running in front of me

The target computer's time is significantly off (i.e. greater than the default of five minutes), thereby preventing the target computer from authenticating to the domain.

=> I checked windows time, server time and bios time: all are synch

The local admin user’s password has expired on the target computer.

=> Changed the local admin password : no effect

=> Deleting the local admin and created a new one: no effect

There is an issue with the NIC drivers.

=> Hard to say if it is that, I did try every driver I could find for the hardware

=> Tried with an USB-> Ethernet adapter with same results

=> Tried with built-in Wi-fi and same results

So I checked the Remote Repair: (crash if you click on any Help (blue link) after analyze btw)

IPC$Share -> fail

Admin$ Share -> fail

Create Service -> OK

Read Privileges -> fail

I have the same results on both our automatic deployment through WDS and manual install from USB key.

Strange facts:

Scanning in PDQ Inventory works just fine

I can access remote services and remote registrary

I can access admin share with \\C4853\C$ and read/write anyting I want

Random desperate tries:

=> changing the deployment user in PDQ ->fail

=> changing to deploy user (interactive) ->fail

=> disable every other network adapter other than the one in use -> fail

Thank you for the read.

Apologies for my probably poor English. It's not my native language.
