    You can make an AutoHotKey script that does that and deploy it interactively to the logged on user.

    1. Get yourself a cool background like "My Little Pony"
    2. Download/Install AutoHotKey so you can compile the AHK script and send it as an EXE in pdq deploy.
    3. Copy/Save this changebg.ahk script I made.
    4. Compile the above AHK script by right clicking and selecting compile. (this is why you need AutoHotKey installed).
    5. Import my XML PDQ Deployment into your pdq deploy server. I basically setup two steps: 1) Copy the background file to c:\Windows\AdminArsenal\ and 2) Install step for the changebg.exe which you get from compiling the AHK above.

    Now deploy this ASAP to all your workstations on the network! Im kidding; that's basically it. You can change AHK script with whatever background you want to use just remember to recompile it and update the paths in pdq deploy as well.
