One PC refuses to show as "online"

Out of a group of 13 nearly identical PCs we have in a room, PDQ Inventory (version 15.1) refuses to acknowledge one of them as being online. As a result it cannot scan the software inventory of that PC. Even though PDQ Deploy connects to that PC just fine.

I checked network adapter configuration, and it did have several superfluous items enabled such as IPV6, however changing those back to normal did not fix the problem.

What else can I check to find out why PDQ Inventory won't recognize this one PC?

    Are you able to ping that computer from a command prompt?

    Unfortunately ping is not a reliable indicator of connectivity of PCs on our domain, the results are random. Right now, for example, ping shows an IP address for all 13, but only 3 respond successfully, even though all 13 are online.
