Can PDQ scan blocked usb ports?

Can PDQ scan shares folders? If it can, how I can create the profile scan currectly? Because if I write in "include patterns"  simply directory way \\DOMEN-OFFICE\shares\ it shows error.. because the include patterns need to should begin :?\
