Agent with OS Upgrade

I've installed the agent on most of our workstations. I using PDQ Deploy/Inventory for an OS upgrade. When I go from Windows 7 to Windows 10 it seems to break the agent. It shows as unavailable and the computer just sits without a scan. I have uninstall it and reinstall it.

Is the agent OS specific or is something else going on?
