No more heartbeat ?

Hello,

Since we've updated PDQ Inventory to v16, our heartbeat doesn't work anymore. The weird thing is that if I use the usual ping with the Windows command line, the ping works great.

Any idea why?

    I just updated our test server with PDQ Inventory v15 to v16 to see if I was able to recreate the issue.

    And I did. With v15 no problem with the heartbeat (the PCs were green and online).

    Two minutes later (just the time needed to update), with the v16, the PCs are now "offline" on PDQ Inventory even though the computers are physically turned on.
