Unable to verify Collection Membership

Has anyone ever seen issues where pdq deploy is not able to verify collection membership intermittently?

I had a case open with support for months but they didn't have any suggestions.

I thought it was fixed after uninstalling our AV, but it's started happening again.

    I've never seen that issue before.

    Are you running Inventory and Deploy on the same machine?

    Could you export one of the packages that is failing and also export your collection structure so that I can take a look?
