Deploying Adobe Acrobat XI Standard

G'day,

I'm trying to deploy Adobe Acrobat XI Standard but I'm always getting the "MSI Error 1603: Unknown error 1603. I had already a look into the PDQ support section and also some other forums but I couldn't figure it out where the problem is. Other Software deployments are working fine.

I've created a AcroStan.mst answer file and I've selected "include entire directory".

Who had the same problems ? Is there a way to fix this issue ?

    Okay, I've fixed it. With the switch "start /wait msiexec.exe" and some changes in the AcroStan.mst I got it running.

    Tobi, I am having some issues getting Acrobat 2017 Classic to deploy in a custom package. Getting the error 1603 like you, can you tell me what changes you made to the transform that got it working?

    Hi jcampo12,

    this is how I solved it: msiexec.exe /i "AcroStan.msi" /qn /norestart TRANSFORMS="AcroStan.mst" /log output.log msiexec.exe /p "AcrobatUpdxxxxx.msp" /qn /norestart /log output11023.log

    I've tested it via command line and after I got it running, it worked also in PDQ Deploy.
