Active Directory Sync is stuck syncing
Howdy,
I was editing our AD stuff today and kicked off a sync within Inventory and it seems to have gotten stuck. It's been scanning for over an hour. This normally only takes a couple seconds.
I don't see any "Stop Sync" button or anything to try to start it over again. Is there some way to do that? I can reboot the server if needed but that seems a bit harsh.

Try restarting the Background Service. If that doesn't fix it, or if it keeps happening, please contact support@pdq.com.
