PDQ Inventory Integration w/ Spiceworks Helpdesk
I currently use PDQ Inventory and we are using Spiceworks Hosted Helpdesk. I know this won't work with the hosted helpdesk, but is there an add-on (or plans) for integration between PDQ Inventory and an On-Site Spiceworks Helpdesk? The ability to tie tickets directly to the machines would be awesome.

If you use the Spiceworks Helpdesk, the tickets are already tied to the machine inside Spiceworks. You can look how many tickets on a specific machine are open, done, etc.
I don't understand what kind of integration you are looking for.
I know this is a few months old, sorry for late reply. I would like to use the Spiceworks Help Desk and tie the machine in PDQ inventory to the ticket similar to how you can with Spiceworks inventory so we can monitor tickets coming in for the same machine.
