Agent showing External for majority of Internal hosts

As title. I have been having to uninstall the agent to get the hosts to scan as the agent has been displaying external for the vast majority of hosts and (waiting for agent) on scan status. Is this a known problem? I have scoured the support forum and KB but can't find anything.

Hey Ben, what build are you running currently? We've release 16.4, which has multiple improvements for the agent. If you continue having issues I recommend contacting us in support directly: support@pdq.com
