Showing Sub-OU's in AD Collections

Is there a way to have the top level AD collections show and give access to the all the computers in sub-OUs? My AD structure is this,

Branch --> Location --> (Two OU's under each Location) --> Users & Computers.

So obviously all my computer objects are 3 OU's deep in the Computers OU for each location. I would really like to run reports based on the top Branch level, but the reports just come back blank. From PDQ Deploy I can target based on top OU and it gives me all the targets under it, but can't do anything from that top level in PDQ Inventory.

    I went ahead and made Dynamic Collections based off of AD Parent Path names, that seems to work well enough. Though it does seem to be doubling the work.

    That is the only way to do that, as far as I know. I don't think we have any settings to configure those automatic collections to show the computers.
