How to create a basic Report that finds if a certain software package has been installed?

Support, I'm trying to learn reporting. I'm trying to create a basic report that will find a specific application on my inventory of computers. The Application name is CCH Prosystem fx Engagement and it's version 18.2.1. Here's a picture of what I tried. I get the report but it has no content. Engage

Last filter is wrong. Change the "Column" value from "Name" to "Version".
