PDQ Inventory & Direct Access
Hello I have looked for an answer, but been unable to find a solution yet. We have some users who rarely come into the office, they connect in via Direct Access, but PDQ Inventory doesn't see them. At the moment i am on a Trial Licence, but as soon as I can show that i have visibility of the off-site users I'll have no problems getting it purchased. We use SimpleHelp that does 'see' them, we can 'remote on' run CMD commands etc. All PCs are in the AD. Any thoughts?

Hi Triggels Yes i had thought of that, but i am trying to keep it agentless if I can.

What i have done is set the PDQ server to central server mode (for something else that we are doing) and within Direct Access i have set the Direct Access server as one of the Management servers and we can see that it is online and get inventory data from it.
