'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process'

I'm attempting to deploy one of the premade packages from the Package Library (MS Office 2013 SP 1 32bit). Each time I have tried to deploy, it fails with an error code: 'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process'. I have tried two different admin accounts as the 'credentials' but it still happens. Also, I have rebooted after each time to make sure there's nothing just hung up.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Can someone from PDQ answer this? I am having the same issue.

    They replied to me via email and said that even with admin rights, you have to also have the "Logon as a Service" user right tied to the installing account.

    A workaround I implemented was changing from Push to Pull using 'Distribution Points' (computers that I put my install software on, then tied my packages to there). This circumvented the Log On as a Service issue in my case.
