PDQ Inventory Agent Failing (Event ID 7000)

every version of Inventory Agent has this same issue, it installs, works, then sits waiting. Did some digging and I am getting event 7000 constantly. The only way to fix it is to reinstall it then it is good for one scan.

It looks like this is an issue with port 7337 or so. Has anyone experienced this or have a fix?
