Conditions not met: No steps were able to run

My deploy package has just 1 step, install. Its installing a .exe (its a silent install by default) and it sits on a network share that is open to everyone in the domain. I deployed it to a test computer and it ran just fine. When i tried deploying it to the rest of my environment, it failed on ALL the computers. The Output Log: Conditions not met: No steps were able to run. I have no conditions set in this package at all.

What is happening here?

Double check the Package and Step conditions tabs, otherwise, reach out to us a support@pdq.com for more indepth troubleshooting.

I am getting the same error "Conditions not met: No steps were able to run" while I am trying to install dotnet and scan from the PDQ inventory. Please fix this issue asap as we need this urgently.

Are you trying to deploy the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 package? That package has Conditions so it will only deploy to Windows 7, 8.1, 10 (1607, 1703, and 1709), Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, and 2016.

Yes, I am trying to deploy the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 package and the client pc OS is windows 7 SP1. still am facing issue to deploy.
