McAfee ENS killing citrix receiver install

Trying to push Citrix Receiver 4.9.2, the depolyment will run forever. Checking the log for Torlley express, I see "user cancelled" Checking the SelfProtection log for McAfee ENS is see the following: 10/18/2018 8:48:03 PM mfeesp(3152.5368)
