Windows updates (Latest) showing wrong in PDQ Inventory
Would anyone know why the Windows 10 Prebuilt Cumulative Update collection in PDQ Inventory is showing the old KB4462919 when a new one (KB4462933) was put out on Oct 24th? (screenshot1) There Hot fix to determine what the latest update is appears to be a variable pulling from somewhere, which I like because I don't have to manually adjust, but maybe it isn't pulling from a location which give the accurate latest KB? (screenshot 2)
It's interesting because some of the pcs that are showing in the collection for "Win 10 Version 1803 Cumulative Update (Old), which says "missing update KB4462919 as shown in the title bar of PDQ Inventory (screenshot 3), actually have KB4462919. When I updated one pc to KB4462933 (the latest KB), it then is the only one that falls under the Win 10 Version 1803 with update KB4462919 when I do a new scan on it but it actually has the KB4462933 update. (screenshot 4)
Is this broken or am I missing something? Thank you. Shawn

We updated the Collection Library on the 24th to KB4462933. If you are still seeing KB4462919 try restarting your Background Service, then click on the Collection Library and hit F5.
PDQ Colby, Thanks for the help. So essentially, when you see it come out on MS's site, you update it on your end on the same day it sounds? If that is the case then I will restart that service. When you say "background" are you referring to either the "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" or the "Background Tasks Infrastructure Service" or are you referring to a PDQ service? Thanks again. Shawn
Yes, we try to get updates out as soon as possible. I am referring to the PDQ Inventory Background Service. It is named "PDQ Inventory" in services.msc.
Thanks again!
I'm having the same problem in Windows 11. Inventory shows that I have systems missing KB5007215. I check the history and the update was installed. I tried the steps above and it did not resolve the situation. What are the steps for Windows 11? Thank you.

Are you still having a problem? If so, does the update show up on the Hot Fixes page of the Computer Window of the troublesome targets? If not, make sure those targets have been recently scanned with a Scan Profile that includes the Hot Fixes scanner.
I am having this same issue with MS 2016 servers. The collection is filtering off of KB5011495. My servers have KB5011570 installed. Both PDQ Deploy and Windows update file say KB5011495 does not apply to my servers. Please advise. Thanks.
