Is there a way to install or update java 32bit and 64bit on the machine that have both versions installed?

My environment have users who are using both versions on Java 32bit and 64bit on their machine. Is there a way to install or update java 32bit and 64bit on the machine that have both versions installed? Or if it's possible to built one single package that can detect what versions of java on their system and install or update the java versions according to the versions they have on their system?

Thank!

  • Not sure I follow the question. You should be able to install both packages independently of each other.

As for detecting/targeting upgrades I would look to Inventory to do that.
