Enterprise Deploy trial

How do I get the Deploy to work? It doesn't see inventory, nor can i download anything. I have used this software in my previous job, which i setup and maintained, and I am now trying to show management how useful it is at my new job, but this limitation of cant download and PDQ Inventory connection isn't helpful.
