Deployment running even after failure

I've been noticing that recently PDQ Deploy will have some deployments that will continue running for hours even if all the devices have failed/succeeded. I have to manually abort the deployment to get it to stop running. Has anyone else experienced this?

  • Only with devices that are using the agent. Client will keep (Waiting for Agent). Solution I found for this is to uninstall the Agent and redeploy. I have uninstalled the agent on most clients until it performs better and have noticed less issues.

  • Another thing I can think of is incorrect silent command. Sometimes that can hang a deployment. Is it certain packages or all of them? If it is all, I would contact support to see if they could troubleshoot it.
