Reset Target History for AutoDownloads in Nested Packages

I tried a few searches and couldn't find an exact answer.

I have a custom package with the Adobe Flash for IE packages nested. I have noticed that after the Adobe Flash for IE packages auto-downloads, they are not redeployed through my custom package since PC's have been marked as successfully installed in the target history. Is there a way to set my custom package to reset the target history after the nested Adobe Flash packages have been automatically updated?
