Packages are grayed out in enterprise

I have a licensed version of PDQ Deploy 17 enterprise and a majority of my packages are grayed out, only a few have check marks and will allow me to download. Also some packages are getting a red icon (see image)

    I'm facing the same issue for about a few Days. My error message said i've discovered a Bug? Send the Report to PDQ, i think its something on their site. Hope they will find the Issue.
