Checking underutilized Windows 10 workstations

I was tasked to check how often deployed physical workstations are being used or logged into. Is there a way to scan for underutilized Windows 10 workstations? Thanks for any info!

    logons will only show you so much. might need to turn on logging for PC unlocking and search in eventlog - that won't show anything great either

    could see if the windows command powercfg can give back some utilization
