.NET Framework 4.5.2 False Success
I'm trying to push out .NET Framework 4.5.2 from the Package from PDQ. I have had at least 2 instances where it says the package installed successfully but when I check the programs list on those machines .NET Framework doesn't show up. Anyone have this issue before and have a solution for this?

No there don't appear to be any errors status is reported as Successful.
We don't use PDQ Inventory but checking some of the systems that reported as being successful don't have .NET Famework 4.5.2 on them.
Which OS are those targets running? Windows 7?
I just tried to deploy .NET 4.5.2 to a Windows 10 1903 VM and it behaved exactly as you described. The deployment was successful and it does not show up in the applications list. However, this is fine because this version of Windows 10 already comes with a later version of .NET, 4.8.
There are some Windows 7 machines but alot of Windows 10 machines as well. I have seen that some do have .NET 4.7 and that is fine. I have one that I'm waiting for the collection agent to report back to me on that is a Windows 10 machine that said it got .NET 4.5 but it does not show up in software. I redeployed but I moved the installation package from the default location PDQ Deploy put in to the share that I've kept our other installs in to see if that remedies anything. I'll let you know when the collection agent reports back on the software.
Ok so I checked with my test computer and and after moving the installation file and trying to redeploy it still reports that it was successfully installed but it isn't list in the programs list. This computer is a Windows 10 machine and it has no version of .NET on it.
Windows 10 does not show .NET in the applications list.
It shows up in my programs list in Windows 10
