Query with multiple name varations

I work in a hospital, and we name the computers based on department/floor, my question is (and I apologize in advance, but I just can't figure this out) I have several floors/departments that have multiple naming conventions, for example: KR3, WOWKR3 and KU3. I'd like to create a query of floors/departments but I haven't been able to figure out how to manage the multiple naming convention.

  That's not it, I forget to say that there was site names in front of the KR3/KU3/etc.. But thanks! I believe I have it figured out..
