Client PC Call PDQ Deploy Host for Package Deployment

Can a PDQ client PC request the PDQ Host to deploy a package? There is a PowerShell script I would like end-users to be able to activate if needed, but they are standard users, and PS requires admin privileges to run a script.

Client requests package from PDQ Deploy
PDQ Deploy pushes the package to client
PowerShell script is run as DOMAIN Admin and executed.

We do not have a self-service portal feature. Some people have built their own, but that requires an Enterprise SL because now all of your users are administrators under the terms of our licensing.
