upgrading host server

Would there be any issues or things to note upgrading the Windows Server that hosts PDQ Deploy from 2008r2 now that it is reaching end of life to 2012 or 2016?

    I have not done a direct upgrade but I can tell you that it works just fine running on Server 2019. I followed the documentation on moving the installation which worked perfectly.
