Can't get external agents to check in
I've been working on getting a company laptop set up to check in to PDQ externally using the optional beta agent. I've doubled checked all the requirements. I performed a fresh boot after installation and verified that the services are running. I also took a peek at Wireshark and I am seeing traffic being generated to the PDQ cloud server on both ends (PDQ Central Server and the Client with the option agent installed). It doesn't look like anything is getting blocked, but just in case, I also opened up our firewall completely to the PDQ cloud server, but am still not getting a check in. Also just to test, I took one of our computers that had an agent installed and was checking in internally, and moved it to an external network to see if it would check in externally and it never did. It just moved to unavailable until I brought it back in to the internal network.
Below is the output from the PDQInventoryScanner logs on one of the computers. Is there anything else to double check that I may be missing, or any other logs that I could check on?

We are announcing the End of Life (EOL) of the optional PDQ Agent beta from our existing products. See this blog post for more information https://www.pdq.com/blog/pdq-agent-status-update/
I don't think you are doing anything wrong. We are having some issues with External Agents right now.
Ah ok. Thanks for the reply. I understand it is in Beta, so no worries. I'll put this project on hold right now and keep an eye out for updates regarding the external agents. Thanks!
I can confirm our external hosts stopped communicating on September 11th at 12:49 PM EST, have been working on it on our end for a while before coming across this post.
Sorry about that. We think we found the issue, but no ETA on the fix.
@PDQ_Colby we're looking good here, thanks!
Yep, I can see our external agents checking in now. Thanks!
