PDQ Inventory - PCs showing "offline settings"

I've got a handful of PCs tht won't show as online.

I can ping them and DNS looks ok too.

Is there anything else I should check?

    • does the discovered IP in PDQ inventory match the nslookup's IP address?
    • what are your heatbeat settings?
