Window could not start the PDQ Inventory Service Error 1067

Window Service cannot be start after upgrade from version 12 to 16. It whatever you try to start the service popup with error 1067 "Window could not start the PDQ Inventory Service Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly". Please anyone can help to resolve it.
