Auto Reports

Hi All,

Fully paid up PDQ user (both Inventory and Deploy) but can't seem to access the support system (weird error in parenthesis). I'm having an issue whereby Auto Reports have stopped generating for all reports on PDQ Inventory. Does anyone know how to reset?
