Feature Request: Heartbeat Alert

As a school, we have a need from time to time to know when a laptop goes online (missing). It would be nice to be able to right click an asset in Inventory and set an alert to pop up when a heartbeat goes online.

I have a deployment setup now with a PowerShell script and a heartbeat deployment, which works. Built-in is always better đŸ˜„
