Registry scanner issues

I'm seeing some odd issues with registry scanner

• On the standard scan profile, I've set it to scan HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update\RebootRequired**
  This results in scan being correctly run
• On a custom scan profile I created, I use the same criteria but when I use that scan profile, but it doesn't update existing registry keys in Inventory. For example, if RebootRequired is no longer in the registry, the custom scan profile will not delete it from the machine object in PDQ Inventory while the regular scan profile will do so.

I'd like to run the custom scan profile since I only want to scan the registry and not all of the things the standard scan profile has.
