Windows Version Upgrades

When I got into inventory and for example select all of the 1607 hosts that need to be upgraded I use the software packages from Windows and attempt to upgrade to 1703. Select the devices and use Tools>Deploy select the 1703 patch and deploy. It then fails as the registry check in the package checks for 1703, even though that's what I am trying to deploy.

Updates are not Upgrades and that easy explains why a Win 10 1703 Update can not be deployed on Win 10 1607 device.
There is no Win 10 Upgrade Package in PDQ Deploy, you have to Build one.
